Each bag is carefully designed and constructed by hand in a small studio in the California Bay Area, using methods you won't find in any but the very highest quality store-bought bags.

One such method is saddle stitching. Saddle stitching is a painstaking, time-consuming method that provides a far stronger stitch than machine stitching, creating a figure-eight stitch of one continuous thread that is very strong and resistant to unraveling. This is important for critical elements such as seams and handles.
